• Manual start mode: a manual button is set on the linkage control cabinet in the fire control room to directly start and stop any water pump, and a manual button is set on the control cabinet of Water pump to directly start and stop any fire pump.

Water pump detection method (Water pump operation method)

(1) Prepare before opening the pump

1. Check whether the pump and system parts are complete and intact.For example, whether all fasteners are fastened;Whether the coupling clearance is appropriate;Whether the oil injection hole of the water pump has been filled with oil according to the provisions;Whether the instrument valve is in good condition.

2, the manual car is normal, should not be heavy, otherwise should find out the reason for processing.

3. When checking the mechanical part, the pump circuit switch shall not be closed so that the motor is in a live state, and the sign "Operated by someone, not allowed to close" shall be hung on the distribution cabinet.

4, check whether the system pressure is normal, if not normal, should find out the cause of the system to deal with.

5. Check whether there are bubbles, bubbles, drops and leaks in the system, and deal with them in time if any.(The normal dripping of the pump shaft is not included, and the water drop shall not exceed 1 drop per second)

(2) Operation process

1. Open the inlet valve and outlet valve.
2. Switch the water pump control cabinet to the "manual" state.
